Discussion Starter · #1 · Sep 7, 2022 Hi guys hope you're all well, I've decided to build my GTI using a turbo, if anybody can help I really need a turbo manifold for the 134bhp GTI engine, also anything else that can help me achieve my result, also need an intercooler, a turbocharger, all the work needed to reach the point I'm at has been done. - Specific turbo manifold - Turbo GT2860-adaptable or GT2860RS or GT2871R GARRETT - Specific Downpipe - oil feed and return for the turbo - Avia-hose and oil fittings for the turbo - Internal Wastegate (or optional external wastegate 150 €) - Intercooler all-alloy 530X170X60mm (recommended size or other sizes to choose from, see "intercooler")

The engine was given forged pistons and rods and further upgraded with better bearings. The head bolts were replaced by ARP head-studs. A Garrett GT3076R turbocharger was used, mated to a TiAL stainless turbine housing together with our 316Ti stainless exhaust manifold and downpipe.
